Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order via Buddha-Bouddhism.com, you agree to the conditions below. We establish these policies to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and return methods and procedures.

14 Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the condition you received it, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bouddha-bouddhisme.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
  • Please complete this form as precisely as possible and send your item along with this form to the returns address that we will communicate to you by email.

  • Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you find that the item is defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us immediately at contact@bouddha-bouddhisme.com so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. We will replace the defective item at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@bouddha-bouddhisme.com. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

    We do not charge restocking fees on returns.

    Refunds

      We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded your entire order. The average reimbursement time is 3 to 5 working days after receiving the approval email.

      The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order.

      Late or missing refunds:

      • Check your bank account.
      • Contact your banking institution. There may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
      • If after these checks, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@bouddha-bouddhisme.com.

      Warning: For returns of items worth more than €50, we recommend tracking shipping to ensure the security of the return.
